After attaining the best possible education and getting a so-called good job in the medical field, I realized that my life was nothing but a series of serious mistakes, one after another in the search for material sense gratification. My entire thought process changed after I seriously started hearing and reading the teachings of His Holiness Bhakti Vikāsa Swami Mahārāja and realised that a confused upbringing and the search for material sense gratification is spoiling the women of this generation and that the biggest satisfaction for a woman still lies in performing the traditional role of being a caring mother and in serving one’s husband submissively while being in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Now after becoming a mother of three girls including twin daughters, I feel raising them into nice girls is a far more challenging and yet satisfying task than earning any amount of money. By clarifying and reinforcing the traditional role of a woman, this book removes the modern age confusion in gender roles and can therefore save many fallen souls like it saved me.
