It was interesting to hear you talk about the importance of Daiva Varnasrama and the fact that devotees aren't encouraged to not even use the word Varnasrama.
I consider that incredible considering (as you rightly pointed out) that Srila Prabhupada wanted Varnasrama implemented in his society and that Varnasrama was his uncompleted work that he had left for his disciples to continue and complete.
In ISKCON, as an institution of spiritualist – it seems there alot of vaisyas in positions of management, so it appears their tendancy is for making money and perhaps exploiting community members for that goal – whereas a properly situated Kshatriya would tend to protect and engage the members according to their nature and perhaps utilise grhasta vaisyas for raising funds either through book or prasadam distribution.
I realise we should engage in these activities regardless of our varna but do you agree that devotees in this movement should be correctly engaged according to their nature? Or should devotees just do the needful and surrender regardless of their varna.
