1. Practicing yoga means preaching Bhagavad-gita

Practicing yoga means working without thought of personal interest, but solely for the mission of Krishna. What is this mission? To tell people about Krishna-consciousness, or God-consciousness. Lord Chaitanya told His disciples, "Preach this gospel that I teach. Whomever you meet, just try to inform him about the message of the Bhagavad-Gita." We should inform the world about the message of the Gita. One who does this is on the platform of real yoga.
